Phi Phi Island + Sunset on Poda Island
The islands of the Andaman Sea at their best, tall limestone cliffs — and the sun going down over Koh Poda.
Cool waterfalls, wonderful scenery, feeding the elephants and hidden forest temples — it feels like stepping into another world. One of our guests' favourites.

Arrival at the Krabi waterfalls. On the way you are met by the smell of the forest and birdsong. The waterfall has 11 levels of clear, crystal-clean water.
The first level has water that is perfect for swimming, in a completely natural setting.
On to the elephant sanctuary.
Elephants are enormous, endearing animals, and they have been part of Thai life for centuries — as working animals, in the old wars fought over Thai land, and in religious belief.
There are legends and stories about them everywhere. We will also taste fresh cocoa straight from the garden.
On to a hidden forest temple — a place that feels like another world. The quiet, and the stalactites and stalagmites tucked away among the valleys, make for a genuinely restful afternoon.
A good lunch at a Thai restaurant.
The Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea) in Krabi is one of the most revered places in the province, with its large Buddha statues and remarkable views. The name comes from a legend that a tiger once lived in the cave.
We take you safely back to your accommodation, with a day's worth of memories.
